Our Manufacturing Story
At Guangzhou Haslove Electronic Co., Ltd., manufacturing is built on engineering heritage, long-term experience, and continuous improvement.
Our story began in 1997, when the founder's family established a factory specializing in the R&D of micro motors and vibration components, supplying the domestic market. This early focus on motor technology formed the foundation of our expertise in performance, stability, and durability, which continues to define our products today.
From Motor Engineering to Sex Toy Manufacturing
With over a decade of experience in motor development, the factory officially entered the sex toy manufacturing industry in 2008. Our initial products included jumping eggs and basic economy vibrators, designed for cost efficiency, vibration consistency, and large-scale production.
During this stage, we produced high-volume OEM components and finished products for established brands, especially in gift and entry-level categories. These years shaped our core strengths in motor control, quality consistency, and scalable manufacturing.
Manufacturer-LED Brand Development: LILO
After years of hands-on production and market feedback, our founder Mr. Lin recognized that long-term success in the adult industry depends on quality, reliability, and brand trust.
In 2011, the company registered the LILO brand, marking the transition from pure manufacturing to a manufacturer-LED brand strategy. Today, LILO is a well-recognized and cost-effective sex toy brand, particularly strong in the Chinese market, with products sold across Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania through global distribution partners.
Expanding Manufacturing Capabilities
To support product diversification and higher technical standards, the company invested in a new production facility in 2013, covering approximately 8, 000 square meters.
The factory supports end-to-end manufacturing, including injection and compression molding, surface finishing, raw material processing, assembly, testing, packaging, ODM development, and warehousing. As technology and demand evolved, both factory scale and product lines expanded, resulting in hundreds of active SKUs.
Entering the Global Market: HASLOVE
In 2017, the company established its international trade department, officially entering overseas markets. HASLOVE was launched as the company's export-oriented brand, with trademark registrations in Europe and the United States, representing our commitment to international standards and long-term global cooperation.
Between 2018 and 2022, HASLOVE participated in major adult industry exhibitions, strengthening relationships with global partners.
Integrated Manufacturing & Trade Operations
In 2019, HASLOVE established a Guangzhou office, integrating manufacturing and international trade to provide overseas customers with a one-stop sourcing solution, from product development to export coordination. In the same year, HASLOVE became an Alibaba Verified Supplier, offering a comprehensive range of adult products.
Advancing into Silicone & TPE Manufacturing
To meet growing demand for body-safe materials, the company expanded again in 2022 with a second workshop dedicated to silicone and TPE products, including silicone dolls, molded body products, and dildos. Dozens of new models have since been successfully launched and sold worldwide.
